A Gmail address with an app password (Google account → Security → 2-step verification → App passwords). The password is stored encrypted and never shown again. The mailbox starts paused and in test mode: nothing reaches a lead until you decide. This mailbox is this product's only: its pace, queue and results are separate from the other products'.

Contacts

Leads with an email written in Outreach. Choose whom to contact: the first email and its follow-ups are frozen as they are now, the address is checked, and the first email waits in the queue for its time. Follow-ups go by themselves if there is no answer.

Filled by hard bounces, opt-out replies and Gmail's unsubscribe button: queuing the lead again does not undo it. Only you can take an address off, by hand. An opt-out, or an address added here, stops only this product; a bounce stops every product, since the address does not exist.

Channels is a workspace-wide integration. The same Instagram account is shared across all products in this workspace.
